Secure two blades of lily grass by winding thin wire tightly down at the cut ends of the blades.

Create loops by wiring higher up and looped, spreading the loops apart so that they show.

The bowl has a wide opening - it will have to have a grid taped to the top with clear tape so the grass and bouquet stay in place.

The clear tape doesn't show, so once the greenery and bouquet is added, the grid will be concealed.

The edges of the vase must be very dry so the tape will adhere to the dry glass.

Now carefully insert the single blades and the looped blades of lily grass.

You can actually tape OVER the loops and onto the grid to further secure the greenery in place.

I left a large hole in the center of the grid in which to place my finished calla bouquet.
