This fall centerpiece begins with the stems of the ficus being inserted at an upward angle.

These insertions will frame in the overall length and width of your final centerpiece.

From above you can see and mimic the angles of the greens.  Note that the side greens are shorter than the end pieces.

Insert another shortened piece on each side of the centerpiece.

Once the initial lower greens are inserting, start angling the greens straight outward, with no angle.

As you fill in the center (top) you begin angling upwards and the straight up in the centerpiece middle.

I added some different greens to give a contrast of different colors and leaf shapes.
