Flat basket pew decorations can be made of silk or fresh flowers.  If fresh, you need to line the basket (using a heavy freezer bag), inserting a slim cut of florist foam into the basket.

You can change the color or the flower varieties to suit your own wedding palette.  For a similar to this, you will need the following hard goods and fresh flowers:

Float soak the florist foam in water that has been treated with fresh flower food.  (Please be sure to read how to correctly process your wholesale wedding flowers.  Since you don't have a large walk in florist cooler, some simple professional flower products go a long way to extending the life of your flowers.  They are well worth the investment.)

Fit the freezer bag into the flat sided basket (or other pew containers) and slide in the wet flower foam.  Arrange the flowers as shown in the photo.  Wire ivy stems to wooden picks, then insert the picks into the foam.  You can sometimes fit the picks in between the wicker sides of the basket.

Once finished, secure the stems with Floralock Stem Adhesive.  Mist well with Finishing Touch or Crowning Glory.  Store in cool area and add water if needed to the foam.

The clips need to be either secured with chenille stems or melted glue.  Be sure it is firmly fastened, as wet foam and fresh flowers do have some weight.
