The first three stems create a triangle of crossed stems.

Carefully insert the fourth rose stem in the opposite direction of the third stem, resting it on the "V" caused between the first rose and the third rose.

Lean that rose forward towards you (directly opposite stem 3) so that the flowers look like below.
