cardboard bouquet collar
This tutorial is a good step by step guide to making your own bouquet collar. This is not what I'd use for a brooch bouquet, but I do like this tutorial for slipping a bouquet holder into. Don't cut as large a hole, but make it only big enough for a wedding Belle Holder. Cut tabs that lay down onto the holder handle, then wrap green or white stem wrap around the high neck of the holder, fastening the cardboard collar to the Belle Holder.
