Lily grass can add a beautiful sophisticated look to centerpieces. The broad blades come both in solid green and a variegated look.
The grass is usually strong enough to push it deeply into the foam without added support of wire or wood stakes. Bear grass is thinner and often needs help to strengthen the blades.
Leave the length long enough to double over in a loop. Cutting a sharp point on the end will help the grass pierce the foam.
Double it over and push the end into the foam, creating a loop in the greenery.
Pushing the other greens aside, you can see how the blade slides easily into the wet Oasis.
