Make Your Own Bridal Bouquet
You'll need one foot of sparkle tulle for each puff.
Fold the tulle, layering it four times.
You'll need some thin wire to bind the centers tightly, creating the tulle puff.
After the fabric is folded, pinch the center tightly between your thumb and finger.
Lay the wire over the center and pull it taut.
Holding the wire tightly in place right below the tulle, twist the TULLE (not the wire) around and around. This will tighten the wire UP to the bottom of the puff.
Fluff out the tulle so all layers are open. Finish the stem by twisting the wire all the way down. Next you will need a tube of flower adhesive to glue the puffs in place.
