This hydrangea bridal bouquet is going to be beautiful from top to bottom.  That means making the design mechanics invisible.  Continue to add more hydrangea leaves around the foam of the Super Wet bouquet holder.  Allow the leaves to "cup" the foam and then tape into place.

The idea is for the leaves to conceal the mechanics of the bouquet holder - which is the plastic cage and foam.

Hold each leaf firmly in place with your thumb and then wind the floral tape tightly around the leaf and handle.

Cut off excess stem or bulkiness of the leaves.  The goal is to keep down any excess bulk on the handle to make it easy to hold later.

The leaves will frame around the foam cage, creating a finished look from the underside of the bouquet.
