A composite rose bouquet is an old fashioned technique of layering petal again and again, creating a large composite bloom.  It's best to use floral adhesive so to avoid damage to the actual petals.

Keep in mind that this style bouquet has to be kept refrigerated and won't have as long of a life as a traditional bouquet where the flowers are kept intact and their stems in a continual water source.
