Peonies are stunning. Unfortunately, their season is very short and isn't available for every wedding.
The newer variety of roses (Garden roses) well known as "David Austin" mimic the look of peonies very well.
Even tho you often see hand tied peony bouquets on Pinterest, keep in mind this flower wilts easily without a water source. I place my first peony in the upper right of the bouquet, just above the center (facing upward).
I'm going to also use standard roses in both pink and white to give a little contrast to the look of this bouquet.
I inserted two pink standard roses, one right above the peony and another to the left and a little lower.
Now I inserted another one in the very top of the bouquet and a rose facing downwards, under the left of the first peony.
